Four bridges along the Formartine & Buchan Way are to be replaced in the new year as part of a programme of funded upgrades.

The bridges are located in Garioch between Dyce and Kinmundy at Buckie Farm, Middle Tack, Upper Tack and Kinmundy Home Farm.

Works are expected to commence w/c January 5 and we anticipate these will continue through to the end March, weather-dependent.

The section of line will be closed for the duration and unfortunately there are no traffic-free diversion options available.

Diversions may be taken along the minor road C22C just to the east of the line or the A947.
